Critique: all you can do is cheer as these deserving characters get picked off one by one. When the stoned Glen Scarpelli (Teddy Bear) gets it, after cackling for hours at a life regains a sense of the meaning it had when this borefest began. The five skulls this one gets are those of five viewers who died of old age waiting for the stoned guy to get killed. Wessex County medical center morgue. Watch closely in the ice box Jason's still breathing. He starts with the staff at the morgue and progresses to a hitchhiker on his way to camp crystal lake. Change scene to a single divorced mother with a teen-aged daughter Trish, a golden retriever named Gordon, and a 10 year old son, Tommy, who specializes in making custom horror masks and doesn't want to get a haircut (Tom Savini fantasy/biography?). Right next door, a group of teenagers rent a summer cottage and go about their teenage activities, sex, wanting sex and angling for sex. Two beautiful twins, one promiscuous, one not, and a studly backpacker ostensibly hunting for bear, complete the list of potential victims. After a brief round of teenage drinking, flirting and competition, a midnight dip wets Jason's appetite for irresponsible teenage blood and the whole mess begins anew - and.....
